Reiki treatments are refreshing and relaxing, in the same way that a massage, or a facial, or a meditation can be to a client. Reiki helps with personal spiritual development, helping one to connect with spiritual energy, body awareness and the release of emotional blocks and trauma.

Reiki practitioners go through a series of attunements, know as Level 1, Level 2, Master and last Master/Teacher. They are taught the Usui System of Natural Healing, which was brought back by Mikao Usui from years of research and a 21 day fast and meditation on Mt Kuruama in Japan. Having become Reiki increases the flow of higher vibrations of energy through the practitioners body and aura. In most practitioners they find an increase in their intuition, their ability to meditate and their personal spiritual evolution.
